Tainted Takuni
Takunis are a specie of parrot that live deep within Anshe forests. They are known for their colorful plumage and rather obnoxious call "Tah-koo-NEE!" These birds are highly sought after as pets but mostly for the sale of their beautiful tail feathers.
With their deep purples and blues, the tainted form of the takuni can easily hide in the shadows during the night when they are most active. Sometimes they are mistaken for large crows. The filaments on their heads and tails are not round like those on vitals and naturals. They are chevron-shaped. Their beaks are formidable weapons and are extra sharp for tearing apart flesh.
