Squiby
Takuni
Takunis are a specie of parrot that live deep within Anshe forests. They are known for their colorful plumage and rather obnoxious call "Tah-koo-NEE!" These birds are highly sought after as pets but mostly for the sale of their beautiful tail feathers.
The most common type of takuni and perhaps the most brilliantly colored. Natural takunis sport bright yellow heads that stand out against their iridescent green bodies. The feathers on the wings are usually blue and magenta. The long tail streamer shimmers in sunlight with its green, blue, magenta and yellow plumes. Five filaments (three on the head and two on the tail) are sea-green with purple or pink "eyes."
